Gracias a las versiones anteriores de BlueStacks, todas las partes de hardware (pantalla, audio, control de estacionamiento, vibración, etc.) se habrían conectado a la tablet completamente, por lo que la pantalla siempre estaba inactiva. Como ha explicado @cristi, no funcionaba la pantalla al inicio y al finalizar la instalación porque eran problemas del sistema y no del BlueStacks. Antes de poder usar BlueStacks con esto era imposible. Por eso me salió el punto negativo en el primero de todo.
